Because Aerocade Music is a micro label, we can only commit to releasing 3 or 4 albums per year. We only release full-length albums that have approximately 45-minutes of music or more music. Starting with our 2028 release calendar, we will be using the following procedures to choose which projects we support:
Every calendar year, we will accept project proposals until October 1st. By December 1, our board of directors will choose 3-4 projects to sponsor and release for the calendar year that starts 2 years later. Proposals chosen in December 2026 will be released in 2028.
This process will not be ideal for every artist and project but our small size and personalized service might be perfect for your project. The lead time can help you plan your release and find additional funding so that you get the most from your efforts. If you need or want it, Aerocade can help you find quality studios, producers, and musicians that work within your budget.
To be considered for an album release in 2028, please send an email to hello@aerocademusic.com with the subject line that starts with “2028 proposal” and include the following 4 details in the body of your email:
Who are you? Your name/website/contact information.
Describe your project and let us know where you are in the process or your progress with the project. Who are your collaborators, if you know.
Include links to your audio samples of your past work or works that you plan to include in your album. These do not need to be polished studio recordings. They can be live recordings or videos, etc. Don’t overthink this one. We just want to get a flavor of your music or get an idea of what you’re planning for your album release.
What would you like to accomplish with the release of this album? How can the release of this album support your artistic growth or career trajectory?
If you email us your proposal on or before October 1st, you will receive an email of acknowledgement. If you have not received such an email within a week, please email us again. Final decisions will be shared by December 1st.
